If we’re taking the temperature of the entire industry, reactions to the NAR settlement vary wildly.  From the fretful to the fired up, this is the worst thing to ever happen or the biggest opportunity, depending on who you ask. There will always be a disruption or regulation that changes how we do business, and it can be an existential threat or something we need to figure out, adapt to, and ultimately thrive through. 

In a time of confusion and uncertainty, the role of Realtor associations becomes critical. From education to advocating for homeownership and shedding light on agents being a positive influence on the community, there is value in being plugged in.
